What is a Day of Service Event?
'Kindness From the Inside Out' brings together two of my keys to success - positive thinking and service.
As we implement kind thoughts and build our own confidence, we are better able to think outside of ourselves and serve those around us.
These events raise awareness for a positive mental dialogue and include seeing a need in the community and taking action to serve. "Kindness From the Inside Out" hats included.

Joy is not related to circumstance, but to what I focus on.

Cleats to Heels…
…is a typical day for Deborah. As a captain on the National Peru Women's Lacrosse Team, Deborah has used Kind In Your Mind to overcome a leg reconstruction surgery and return to play with a plate and screws in place.
Deborah was crowned Mrs. Texas America, May 2024 and Mrs. Norway World, November 2024. She will compete for the title of Mrs. World in January 2025.
She has a background and many certifications in exercise wellness and nutrition, clinical work in Dermatology and phlebotomy, and a Bachelor's of Science from BYU. She currently serves on two boards promoting women's equality and growth in sports on a world level.
Deborah is a worldwide frequent traveler and has a multicultural family including her husband and two children.
